You don't have to be in crisis to benefit. Many of my clients come to therapy because they're ready to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.

Your first session is simply a conversation.
We'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy, your history, what you've already tried, and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward. You don't have to tell your entire story in one session, and you don't need to prepare anything beforehand.
My goal is for you to leave feeling understood - not overwhelmed.
-
Not at all.
Many people come to therapy saying things like:
"I don't even know where to start."
"I just know something feels off."
"I've been holding everything together for everyone else."
That's enough. We'll figure it out together.

I am currently an out-of-network provider. However, I do accept some insurances via a 3rd party website.
Payment is due at the time of your session, and I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
If you're unsure about your benefits, I'm happy to help you understand your options.
Individual Therapy: $170/session
Couples Therapy: $225/session
Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
